Mike Irak is a US-born multimedia artist and designer. He is best known as being one of the founding members of the legendary IRAK Crew, a group that shaped the graffiti, art and fashion scenes of New York City from the late 90’s. His work has several influences: nostalgia from his upbringing in New York and love of Pixar, as well as the time he spent in Japan in the early 2000’s. Most recently, Mike’s work featured in EAREHAB at the Superchief NFT Gallery in collaboration with fellow member of the IRAK Crew, Kunle Martins. By focusing on the NFT art form, Mike has begun to bridge the gap between graffiti as a form of street art to one of screen art, too.
Mike’s work has shown constant evolution over time and has been exhibited worldwide: at Martinez Art Gallery and Times Square in NYC, ALIFE, Tokyo Tower and Ohana Sports Japan.
