Canadian artist Jeff Ladouceur (b.1976) works primarily in graphite and ink, sets his whimsical cast of characters against the bleakness and tragedy of their invisible fate. In his illustrative style of another time, his drawings explore the burdens we impose upon ourselves and the symptoms of existential beings.
