• When you buy, bid or make an offer: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and order and bid history. Card details are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store them.
• When you sign up for emails or register for an auction: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
• When you contact us: what you send us.
• When you browse: device and usage information collected through cookies, such as pages viewed and how you arrived at the site.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the site, under contracts that protect it:

• Shopify, which hosts our shop and processes orders
• Our payment providers, who process card payments
• Klaviyo, which sends our emails
• Tipo, the app that runs our online auctions
• Couriers and art handlers, who deliver your work

Some of these services store information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum.

Emails

We only send marketing emails if you have signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to stop them.

Cookies

We use cookies the site needs to work, such as your basket. With your consent, we also use cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years, as tax law requires. We keep your email on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Other information is deleted when we no longer need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or take a copy. You can also object to how we use it. Email enquire@4bysix.com and we will reply within one month.
