Daan Koens is a dutch artist currently residing in Rotterdam. He began painting in 2017 after applying to the Willem de Kooning Academy, but quit school just a couple of months after enrolling. Since then he never quit painting and proceeded to develop his style through self study. Daans style can be characterized as a mezmorizing fusion between impressionist en cubistic works, which he describes as Neo-Cubism
