Noa Ironic (b. 1993, Eilat, IL) is a contemporary painter based in the United States. She received her BFA from Shenkar College of Art (2019) and her MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design (2025). Her work has been exhibited internationally, including in New York, Berlin, London, Milan, and Tel Aviv, and is held in public and private collections.
Working primarily in oil on canvas, Ironic develops a figurative practice that explores identity, power, and social behavior. Her paintings are characterized by distorted forms and exaggerated physicality, often incorporating recurring equestrian motifs to examine dynamics of control, masculinity, and vulnerability. Balancing humor with unease, her compositions engage the complexities and contradictions of human interaction.
She is the recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation Award (2019), the Edmond de Rothschild Emerging Artist Award (2021), and the Young Emerging Artist Award from the Israeli Ministry of Culture (2025).

Popcorn and cascade bidding:
If a bid is placed during the last 1 minute of the auction, the closing time will be automatically extended for an additional 1 minute from the time the last bid was placed. The item will close once all bidding activity has stopped. This is recommended for high-value and popular items. Popcorn bidding prevents bidders from waiting until the last minute to bid without giving the bidders who were outbid an opportunity to rebid.
Cascade bidding ensures auction lots close at staggering times, one after another. For example, the first lot of an auction might close at 12:01pm, the second lot would close at 12:02pm, then the third lot at 12:03pm, etc.
